עידן Idan –

Idan is a moshav in the Arava region of southern Israel. It was established in 1980 and is the northern most moshav of the Arava whereby it is situated 90 minutes from Beer Sheva, 45 minutes from Eilat and 30 minutes away from the Dead Sea. It is named after the Idan Stream which flows near the moshav. Its residents work mainly in the agricultural and tourism industry.
