Moshav Kahal

Moshav Kahal is a combined agricultural community and has 350 residents. The moshav is situated north of Zefat at 140 meter high above sea level, on the boarder between the Upper and Lower Galilee area, and overlooks the Sea of Galilee and the mountains of the Golan. Previously the land was named the “Kahal Spring Well” (the legend that tells the story of the First Temple and the treasure that was hidden at the Kahal spring). The name Kahal was then chosen by the navy of the Sea of Galilee.
