On Mount Carmel overlooking the wonderful view on the Isfiya village you can enjoy traditional Druze hospitality, with accommodation rooms suitable for couples, families and groups. All the rooms are air conditioned and furnished and lodging includes a traditional Druze breakfast.

The experience can only be fully fulfilled when our guests come into our beautiful garden on the roof with flowers and ornamental trees, swings and relaxation areas with mats and mattresses where you can overlook the spectacular view under the open skies. The atmosphere is pure relaxation and romantic and you will certainly enjoy the pleasant climate.
The rooms are fully furnished with country style furniture with Middle Eastern seating areas, beds from Indonesia that were especially designed for us, cable television, air conditioning and a Jacuzzi (in 3 of the rooms). We also have wireless internet which can be used freely.

At El-Manzul we have two room types: The Sultan Suites and the Ha’Amir Guest Rooms
The Sultan Suites
The suites include: a Jacuzzi, satellite television, wireless internet, refrigerator and coffee corner, Middle Eastern seating corners, air conditioning, Indonesian furniture and cozy mattresses.
Guests of the suites will be provided with bath robes, natural soaps and more.
The Ha’Amir Guest Rooms
The rooms are beautiful and include the amenities just like the suites, however they do not include a Jacuzzi. There are Middle Eastern seating corners which creates an authentic feel to the place.

Our restaurant serves a rich Druze breakfast including: mini cheeses, home made Labane (strained yoghurt) and goats cheese, a variety of spreads, hyssop and olive oil, pastries and breads baked in the house oven with Mahamar, Patir and hyssop. In addition a breakfast would not be complete without a selection of home made deserts.
Furthermore other authentic Druze gourmet meals are served with a selection of hot and cold salads, stuffed vegetables and a variety of meat dishes all served with freshly baked Druze pita bread.

Located 5 minutes away you can visit the Chai Bar, a nature reserve that belongs to the Israel Nature and Parks Authority where you can enjoy an audiovisual presentation and observe the roe deers and donkeys that live on the site.
You cannot visit the area without going to the Daliyat Al’Karmel market and visit the galleries, the bamboo furniture shops and a wonderful selection of restaurants.
After we have toured the area and eaten at El-Manzul we must taste the delicious Baklava and Knaffe honey cakes at the comfiture by the entrance.
By advance reservation for groups or groups of families we can arrange guided tours around the village with visits to the old olive oil extraction plant, the ancient synagogue and other sites which includes explanations about the Druze culture and traditions (at an additional charge).
